Mission:
Tools For Success, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that seeks to provide resources, empowerment, and education and professional development for urban-city youth throughout the city of Philadelphia. We seek to positively impact the lives of youth through mentorship, educational, and professional development workshops and programs.
Vision:
Our objective is to help young people overcome the negative aspects of youth culture often bred in urban communities today, and equip them to become “well-rounded” individuals with the necessary tools to become successful contributors in the workforce, their home life, and society as a whole.
Values:
We believe if you provide individuals with the adequate tools for success, they are capable of being builders of their own future. Therefore we believe in (3) core values:
- Education- Every young person should have access to education supports
- Professionalism- Every young person should have training in what it means to be professional
- Mentorship- Every young person should have someone that can guide/coach them on their journey to creating a successful life
